Fish for Health Research Nucleus took part in the 5th Port of Santos Festival Event, organized by the NGO Lixo Zero and the Oceano Festival. The event took place on February 3, 2024, at Av. Conselheiro Rodrigues Alves, S/N, Macuco, Santos.

The purpose of the event was to celebrate the 132nd anniversary of the Port of Santos with lots of music, art and, of course, sustainability!

More than 2,000 people from the community attended the event and the project gave the public a presentation about unconventional fish, as an alternative way of consuming fish. We talked to many people in order to promote healthy eating with the health benefits of fish.
