Fish for Health in the FENACAM 2022
To carry out the first stage, a market study was carried out on the main fish products consumed in the State of São Paulo, according to geographic location and income level, including large cities, rural areas and coastal communities.
A presentation of the general idea of the project was made to several people and institutions present, which included Fishing Owners, Restaurants and Chefs, Producers, Industrialists, Exporters, Importers, Consumers, Veterinarians and Researchers/Teachers.
More than 31 contacts were collected in the form of a card, email, telephone number for submitting a form and project newsletter, to help publicize and reach the project.
The next step will be to hold meetings to plan the next steps.
