Between the 14th and 17th of November, the 19th edition of the National Shrimp Fair - FENACAM'23 took place in Natal/RN, an event already considered as the one that best represents reality and meets the technological and marketing demands of shrimp farming, fish farming and Brazilian malacoculture.

The fair featured more than 200 stands of renowned brands in this market, two international symposiums, technical sessions, a seafood gastronomic fair and, also, the participation of renowned national and international speakers from the global and Brazilian chain and hundreds of entrepreneurs.

Fish for Health Research Nucleus was present, contributing to the event and the sector, by encouraging healthy eating, through greater fish consumption, including nutritionally fortified aquaculture products, in the fight against the epidemic of obesity, coronary heart disease and associated illnesses.

Among the members of the Project, the general coordinator Daniel Lemos was present; Communication coordinator Cristiane Neiva; partnership coordinator Vander Bruno; executive manager Rafael Coelho and researchers Thais Moron, Jessica Levy and Rodrigo Antônio Ponce de Leon Ferreira de Carvalho.
