The candidate must pay the Enrollment Fee, the amount and payment method of which will be communicated by the Graduate Program Secretariat in Aquaculture and Fisheries. The payment of the Enrollment Fee will be required at the beginning of each semester.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR LISTENER STUDENTS

Students not enrolled in other Graduate Programs but wishing to take any course as a LISTENER may do so, provided they are authorized by the professor responsible for the course. In this case, the candidate should contact the PROFESSOR DIRECTLY via the email provided on the Graduate Program website and express their interest in taking the course as a LISTENER.

The professor will be responsible for selecting the interested students, based on criteria established by them. The professor will determine the level of instruction or prior knowledge required for the LISTENER to attend the course. The professor may also deny LISTENER participation in the course.

Candidates for LISTENER should not send documents to the Graduate Program Secretariat. LISTENER students will not earn credits for the course attended, nor will they receive a certificate from the Graduate Program for participation. The names of LISTENER students will also not appear in the course's Class Register.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SPECIAL STUDENTS

According to the resolution of the Graduate Program Committee in its regular meeting on 06.05.2013, the participation of SPECIAL students in the IP Graduate Program courses is restricted to students already enrolled in other strictu-sensu Graduate Programs duly recommended by CAPES.

To apply for a position as a SPECIAL student, the candidate must complete the enrollment request form available on the Graduate Program website ( https://www.pesca.sp.gov.br/ enrollment-graduate-program-in-aquaculture-and-fisheries ) and deliver it in person to the Graduate Program Secretariat or send it via email ( pg@pesca.sp.gov.br ).

The Secretariat will check the availability of spots in the desired course and communicate the final decision to the student, authorizing or not the enrollment. Once the enrollment is authorized, the student must make a bank deposit of R$ 60.00 for enrollment in the course, into the account detailed below.

Then the student must send the deposit receipt (by email) to the Secretariat so the enrollment can be finalized.

At the end of the regular enrollment period, if there are vacancies not filled by REGULAR students in the courses offered for the relevant period, they will be filled by SPECIAL students, according to the chronological order of enrollment requests.

Each SPECIAL student can only take one course per semester but may apply for more than one course, in order of preference.

The application for SPECIAL student candidates can be made at any time, from the announcement of the course schedule for the academic period until at most one week before the start of the course.
